 Recreational Exercise: Schedule your Exercise with an Appointment

Write down the time you intend to workout in your schedule. Be sure to include the start time, end time, and account for how long it will take you get arrive to the gym, drive home, shower, and ensure you remain on time for you daily responsibilities.

We all have responsibilities and the important commitments are always met. We make it a priority to complete these obligations from work, finances, social, home life, or school. The most important priority is TIME. You are the boss of you! If you have an appointment with the boss, would you cancel or not show up to your appointment?

Your Health is Simply an Investment of Time.

 So, account for the time in your day with your schedule. Go to the gym. Learn how to begin habits of moving daily.
